Once you approve the proposed solution, we will provide a precise quote based on your vehicle’s year, make, and model. We then order the required parts, which are typically delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on availability. We’ll keep you informed throughout.

Scheduling the installation
Once the parts arrive, we will reach out to confirm your appointment. We will work around your schedule to find the most convenient day and time. If you have special requests, such as drop-off or mobile installation, we will finalize those as well.

Drop-Off or On-Site
On the installation day, you can either drop off your vehicle at the agreed location or we will come on-site if mobile service has been arranged. We will conduct a quick check of the work area and walk you through the plan.

Installation
Your hitch and wiring are installed with precision and care. We take extra steps to protect your investment by applying anti-rust lubricant to key metal surfaces, extending the life of your hitch, and resisting corrosion.

Final Review
After installation, we provide a walkthrough of the completed work, discuss any maintenance tips, and answer any final questions you may have. Payment can be made in cash, by card, through Zelle, Venmo, or even cryptocurrency. Once everything is settled, we’ll shake your hand and send you on your way with a hitch that's ready for the road.
