These terms summarize the current Hitch N Go policies for quotes, completed work, warranties, vehicle access, and safe use.
Quotes and scope changes
Prices are agreed upon in advance and based on the requirements of your vehicle. Once confirmed, the quoted price is final unless the scope changes because of conditions such as hidden damage, rusted bolts, or necessary modifications discovered during installation.
Payment timing
Payment is due when the installation is complete unless a different arrangement was agreed upon in advance.
Completed service and corrections
Services are final sale because the work involves committed labor and time. If an installation-related issue appears within 30 days, Hitch N Go will correct the installation issue at no additional cost.
Parts and manufacturer warranties
Warranty coverage for hitch, wiring, rack, controller, or related parts depends on the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
Vehicle access and readiness
Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and ready at the scheduled time so the agreed work can begin safely and on schedule.
Towing limits and responsible use
Customers are responsible for using the hitch within the towing and carrying limits of the vehicle, hitch, rack, and related equipment. Hitch N Go is not liable for damage caused by misuse or overloading.
